Create a new garden for entertaining, with a new patio looking out onto a raised lawn with a deck to one side. The new lawn would be retained behind a sleeper wall and red brick would be used around the garden to tie in with the house.
The tile chosen for this project was Acheson & Glover’s Terrapave in Verona colour. This was used to create the new patio with recessed man hole covers. A new railway sleeper retaining wall was used to hold the new lawn behind with red brick edging. A new hardwood deck was constructed at the top of some new steps with a decorative trellis boundary detail. Red brick walls were extended to meet both sets of steps up into the garden.
